Although eBay is convenient in connecting us with buyers, they do charge a variety of fees, which add up quickly.  By creating our own site, we at Craytown are able to avoid those fees, and we pass those savings onto you, the customer.

Do you offer tracking on orders?

Yes.  A tracking number will be available for any and all of your orders.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely.  We will also refund a purchase if lost in the mail.

How long until my order arrives?

3-5 Business Days.  We ship same-day or next-day using USPS Ground Advantage (or better).  If your order is taking significantly longer than this, please contact us.
