Shipping policy

For standard shipments, your items will go out within 24 hours (provided the post office is open) using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking from Beloit, Wisconsin.  If there are any issues, or you do not receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@craytownusa.com.  Please contact us also if you experience any prolonged delays or a lost shipment.
